Keep Pumping!!


Recently I wrote a post on how getting a pump was like traveling forward in time as pumped up muscle gives you a glimpse of how you will look in the future. Now, amazingly, it seems a pump can also allow you to travel back in time too!!!

US researchers found that exercising 4-5 times per week is necessary to stop main arteries from stiffening up. 

Dr Benjamine Levine said: This work is really exciting because it enables us to develop exercise programs to keep the heart youthful and even turn back time on older hearts and blood vessels. 

So next time you are getting a pump in the gym you are traveling forward in time on the outside and back in time on the inside!!!
